Aquasize provides a great cardio workout utilizing the resistance training of water to produce great results.
A person does not need to know how to swim in order to take advantage of water exercise. Classes are conducted in waist to chest- high water by certified instructors
Classes are complimentary to members.
Non-member drop-in rates are $5.00 per class.
