Whether young or old, athletic or couch potato our fitness programs including; Pilates, Yoga, Aquasize and a fully equipped cardio-fitness room are available to help you develop and maintain a more healthy you.
The cardio-fitness room features a full range of weight machines, free weights, treadmills, stationary bicycles and elliptical machines.
While our cardio-fitness room is for the exclusive use of our members, non-members may participate in any of our fitness classes offered.
