An energetic, low impact 60 minute group fitness class that features strength training, aerobics, cardio-endurance, core and balance exercises, all utilizing a blend of equipment including exercise balls and weights to maximize fitness.
Our group fitness classes are a great way to complete a full body workout, stimulate lean muscle development, boost cardio endurance and muscle strength.
Classes are complimentary to members.
Non-member drop-in rates are $5.00 per class.
