Tis the Season!!
There are a lot of exciting things going on at WEST! We now are approaching mid-season and though our March championship meets are our focus,
PNS Championships are coming up soon! Nationals are even coming up sooner as they have been moved to December due to 2008 being an Olympic year
(Congratulations to Alana Pazevic for achieving the 100 Freestyle National Standard!).
Swimmers have enjoyed their successes at our Blue vs. White dual meet, October Challenge, Q-meet and Distance/Mile meet.
Achievements abound at WEST: first time swimming butterly (or 200 fly or the mile!), first flips turns, first "A" times (or "B", "BB", "AA", etc.), first PNS Championships standards, first National cut...
This has been a season of new experiences for most of our swimmers: new strokes, new events, new groups and even a new
Head Age Group Coach! We will continue our focus towards success into the latter part of the season!
GO WEST!!
Congratulations
